We are looking for a few good businesses and individuals to help us make the Steese Summer Solstice Bicycle Gran Fondo a success, and we invite you to consider  becoming a sponsor for the Steese Summer Solstice Bicycle Gran Fondo.  It’s easy, it’s simple, and it has benefits.

There are three levels of sponsorship, gold for $250, silver for $175, and bronze for $100. These levels and pricing will be written into the bylaws of the Steese Highway Cycle Club making an increase in fees due to inflation as the only change allowed for the pricing of the sponsorship categories. We are an event for local folks and businesses, and while anyone or any business, unless rejected by the Executive Committee of SHCC (and so far no one has been rejected!), can become a sponsor, we do not want to be dominated by or beholden to outsized entities that may not reflect the values and spirit of people and businesses of Interior Alaska.

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits:

Gold
Cost: $250
Benefits:

(1.) Insurance: Coverage under the USA Cycling insurance package for the event.

(2.) Patch

(3.) Poster: 1 ea. Named and numbered 20”x30” metallic finish poster with a name of your choosing and the number in the sequence of Gold-level sponsors that you became a Gold Sponsor. It is important to remember that if you want to change the name on the poster, and we have not made an error, you will be charged the cost of making a new poster.  If it is our error than we will replace it without charge. Please note that you are awarded the Gold Sponsor sequence no. for continuing use on your Gold Sponsor poster in future Steese Sumer Solstice Bicycle Gran Fondos.

(4.) T-shirt: 2 ea. With your named and numbered poster design on the back.

(5.) Coffee mugs: 2 ea.

(6.) Participant: One fully paid entry for all 5 stages of the Steese Sumer Solstice Bicycle Gran Fondos.

Silver
Cost: $175
Benefits:

(1.) Insurance: Coverage under the USA Cycling insurance package for the event.

(2.) Patch

(3.) Poster: 1 ea. Named and numbered 20”x30” metallic finish poster with a name of your choosing and the number in the sequence of Silver-level sponsors that you became a Silver Sponsor. It is important to remember that if you want to change the name on the poster, and we have not made an error, you will be charged the cost of making a new poster.  If it is our error than we will replace it without charge. Please note that you are awarded the Silver Sponsor sequence no. for continuing use on your Silver Sponsor poster in future Steese Sumer Solstice Bicycle Gran Fondos.
